when i turn my computer on it beeps 3-4 times and beeps another 3-4 times and does not booth up. my monitor gets no signal. however, the keyboard ligths up. the light on the keyboard blinks.

The beeping at power up means that either your ram is loose or damaged, or your video card is loose or damaged. Only two reasons there are.

Geek Squad is useless. Check the support pages of your motherboard and see what 4 POST beeps means.

You have to look in your motherboard handbook for that one. The beeps are error codes and should be listed. This is a hardware problem.

Sounds like you got a dead hard drive and possible power supply. Your going to have to take it into a computer repair place, like Best Buy's Geek Squad.
