If this is a "war," who are we fighting? And if you know the answer to that... how is it possible to win against that opponent with force? If there is no clear cut answer to those questions, then we need to stop calling this a war and treat it as it really is.

Me?
I have nothing.
But he can try it with our creator communicating in the missing x-files in planet of apes.
All he needs is to follow ET footprints at loss and stranded trying to find his way home in planet of apes.
Try reading the riddles and see in pictures on the mess that had been created out there in planet of apes.
Look out for key words that match with what went wrong out there in planet of apes.
The answers were in past, present and future which does not change with time but stays in time in planet of apes.
Just follow ET footprints should be on the way in hitting the home-run.
The missing key only expose who and what was lost with tme in planet of apes.

I would suggest that he create a "Bush Brigade" consisting of volunteers who have have military experience such as recently retired veterans, reservists who are not in combat jobs, and qualified illegal aliens (who would then get status).

I would also tell him to Stay the Course!

forget the politics , troop surge of 300,000 right now , we could end this war in 3 days if we really wanted to . If you are not willing to do that then retreat right now and accept defeat instead of accepting defeat now and retreating a year from now

what bush needs to do is to admit that the whole thing was a terrible mistake but that if we left now, we would leave a lot of innocents helpless.

this has to be the basis of any chance bush has at getting the slightest bit of credibility back...

give the insurgents an ultimatum, like Hussein got, and, if they do not comply, drop that big ole bomb from on high! We've monkeyed around long enough with these dodo birds!

If your referring to the "Iraq War"... the first thing I would do is make clear to him (if possible) that it's not a war, it's an occupation.
