why do the animal don't talk?

talking is just communication between individuals of one species. Animals can communicate in many ways, some which we can even percieve (ultrasound). Birds definitely have warning calls, calls to attract mates etc.
Many animals also use smell to a much larger extend than we do. Animals don't have the same vocal chords than we do, so (except for parrots) it is impossible to form the same words. The experiments trying to teach apes human language worked best when the apes could use sign language or rearrange visual symbols as that avoided the problem with vocalizing sounds.

Most animals make a range of noises, to bring attention to intruders, danger, food, for others to locate them, or draw in a mate. the rest is comunicated through posturing.

They do, they just don't use HUMAN speech. Know why? BECAUSE IT'S HUMAN.

If you have ever heard a bird talk, that's really remarkable; birds have no vocal cords, so they have to WHISTLE speech. Amazing!

the speech centres of their brains are not developed to reproduce meaningful speech. birds that speak just imitate your voice. most others dont have the coordination between their tongues and lips.

They do speak. They don't speak english or german or greek, though. They speak bird or elephant or whatever. They don't have vocal cords that are like ours so you wouldn't expect them to talk like us would you?
