like i have to delete the old password and theres a password to delete it,what is it?

Try the master code of 7-4-4-4, if you never set up one yourself, however if your parents (or you) set up a new code that will not work, but you could always try easy to guess codes like 1-2-3-4, 4-3-2-1 etc.

Delete The Info on the memory card thats the only thing that holds the password.
