Contact your local Rotary Club. They do exchanges and all that you have to pay is your airfare.

As for your GPA you basically just need to be passing, but you must have a good record of behavior. Call them by August to make sure that you can go for the next academic year. They start taking applications in September and then you go the next school year.

It varies from program to program, but typically you must have a 2.75 or 2.50 GPA, passing grades, or a strong C average. You must also be involved in extra-curricular activites and be 15 - 17 years old.
