I have a radeon 1600xt 256mb graphics card and a amd 3800+x2 processer and 1 gig of ram, so i dont think its my hardware underperforming. any ideas wat cud cause this?

Often our computers get bogged down with all sorts of system clutter and unnecessary start up programs or temporary cookies. I would highly recommend System Mechanic 7, I just downloaded the free trial evaluation and in one go it got rid of all my puters system clutter, fixed 18 registry problems, got rid of an unnecessary uninstaller, Fixed 3 unnecessary start up items, configured my internet for optimized maximum speed, had a really low memory level of just %14, it just freed up over 193 bytes of temporary and offline files! It freed up my system memory by 23%, my disk drive by 32%, all in all it repaired 22 problems and freed up 85.95 MB of Space!
All this is bound to make ur computer run much slower, ours was, and we do take good care of it. Hope this helps

Must be due to virus infections. Run a virus check and full scan and delete unwanted files using disk cleanup menu. Do it now.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
