Yes. when the woman is not well lubricated or ready enough to accomodate the penis. The friction inside creates microscopic abrasions that causes the pain, not just during intercourse but also during urinating. If the woman is not that ready, better pack or use a water-soluble lucbicant like KY jelly over the penis to prevent pain.
