What would Yoda say? Remote Viewing isn't an exact science either.It appears they are trying newer methods involving boosting devices to enhance visualization and control. Remote Viewing was also used during WW2 but has not been publicized.

I would have been skeptical, but I purchased a book discussing remote viewing and a book that was extremely accurate. It correctly predicted the stock market downturn of 9/2001 for instance.
I believe that you are the talking monkey in this case. Some of the most powerful and useful knowledge cannot be verified through the scientific method. Check out E. F. Shumaker "Guide for the Perplexed"

The mind exists outside of time. This is why deja Vu happens. and this is why it is possible for remote viewers to view past present and future events.
But when they view the future; it is only what is likely to happen. People have free will, and can choose to make wiser choices and changing the way the future goes.
