A pantsuit is fine, depending on what it's made of - a heavy tweed or wool will look wintry. A nice crepe or blend is more spring-like. Dark colors read more professional than pastels, with navy blue being the most traditionally "professional" color.
Make sure your shoes are polished and not too strappy/sexy, and that your accessories are toned down so the interviewer can focus on your skills rather than your stunning jewelry. :)
Good luck!

Light tan or light blue lightweight suit. A semicasual pump with a short heal but not flat. Hose. Make sure your hair is tamed: nicely done but not hanging in your face; absolutely no strange colors. Lean slightly in toward your interviewer and make eye contact. Know your strong points and be able to state them confidently. God bless and good luck

It depends on the job you're applying for. At retail, dress pants and a shirt or blouse is fine. If you were applying for a job as a lawyer, then a suit would be appropriate.
