I hear you about the horn thing. I live in an apartment, upstairs. I have neighbor that does nothing all day and all night except run up and down the stairs. He sounds just like an elephant. Plus, when you see him, he is always begging for something, a ride, the phone, a cigarette, gets on my nerves.

I know a friend that lives in an apartment so they have 3 different neighbor's doors around it. One neighbors are crazy who ran around screaming during last years super bowl. They also smoke and leave cigarretes on their lawn. They probably drink. Another neighbor turns the music up loudly. These are two girls. The last never uses their door but, through this big party last year that lasted practacly all night one time. So, you are not the only one with troubles. Plus upstairs is also a rucas when they walk because their floor is not carpeted.

My neighbor has so many annoying habits, where do I start? He's petty (only clearing "his" half of the driveway with the snow-blower), unfriendly (won't respond or wave back if you say hi), sneaky (lets his 2 annoying, constantly barking dogs) defecate on our lawn (instead of his), in the warm weather, revvs up his stupid dirt-bike for 20-30 mins, before blasting off (only does this in the driveway!) and always burns smelly wood on his deck, that makes us choke on otherwise nice summer evenings! The biggie is that he likes to walk around the house naked, with the curtains open, but only when his wife's not home and neither is my husband!
That neighbor of YOURS sound bad...I'd call the cops!
To the person w/the drunk mom-neighbor w/the "cussing" 5 year old: That kid is being abused! no wonder he swears! You should call the police before he ends up really injured or dead. It's your social responsibility, even if you don't like other people's kids.

My neighbors work 2nd and 3rd shift and think we should act like it's night time all of the time so they can sleep during the day. I guess we should mow our lawn at mid-night when they aren't home. They also have 2 dogs that I have to sneak water to all the time because they give them a small bowl of water and expect it to last all of the time.

Kids playing basket ball when I have to sleep, because I work nights! Neighbors who feel compelled to honk every time they pull out of the driveway.

I live in an apartment complex, and my upstairs neighbor is so loud. She gets drunk and gets in fights and the police are always coming here. And she is always stomping around upstairs at like 1 in the morning. All her kids are bad too.

I don't anymore but I use to have neighbors that would set on their front porch drinking, get drunk and then fight, so many times they'd be banging each other against the side of my house in the middle of the night.

I have one who has a weird attachment to my daughter. It's an older female, divorced, who never had children. She wants my daughter to come over and play alone with her all the time. She stares at my house when she walks her dog and well, the whole thing just creeps me out so, NO on the coming over alone!
