You’ll come closest in San Francisco, maybe.
However, you are likely to meet the occasional rare
liberal individual all over the place, even in
Texas or the Bible Belt!

Washington (state), Chicago (Illinois), NYC, San Francisco (California--period),Oregon, Philadelphia (parts of Pennsylvania), Massachuesetts, places in Wisconsin and Michigan

I think even San Francisco, probably our most liberal major city, would be considered conservative compared to Amsterdam. But it's one of your best bets. Also Santa Cruz, CA and parts of Washington and Oregon.
