I have been struggling with an illness and do not feel well most days.I too miss making love to my husband but sometimes I just can't.When I tell him this he just gets upset cause of what I can't do for him.What do I do to make him think of me or understand what I am going through?I love him very much I know he loves me,but sometimes it just seems like all he thinks about is his needs.

he's suppose to stand by you threw sickness hes forgetting the wedding vows if he loves you he'll under stand if not you don't need him just to satisfy his needs try get him to go to counseling

You need to go to a counseling session or to your doctor
with him so that your situation and illness can be
explained to him. Maybe that will help him understand

You can`t "make" him feel anything. Try talking to him calmly about the issues and really express yourself. Explaining to him that you need him for support and understanding.

You can't make anyone do anything. Your husband needs to step up to the plate and remember his vows, especially the part where he said " IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH".

unfortunately you cannot MAKE someone care. Find support elsewhere. If he really loves you he will come around. If not, at least you know and can move on with your life.

Does he truly love you if he can't put his needs aside during this time of your illness? Think about it..

I agree with Ashley, you and your husband should go see a councelor, also have him go to the Dr. with you and have your Dr. explain it to him. He may be more willing to listen then.
Really sad that he'd be more willing to listen to the dr. than his own wife.

Tell him just wait until he gets sick and it will happen as no human lives their entire lives without getting sick. And when he does, you'll remember how he treated you and will return the favor.

You're right, he is being selfish. This is worrysome and you should talk to him about it; there might be an underlying problem in your marriage that you need to address.
