no ive done it before it was just really hard to do... but i did have to hold my eyelids open

No they will not pop out. I have sneezed before with my eyes open. It feels really awkward and hurts a little bit but not much. That's all that happened. Oh yeah my eyes watered a tiny bit also. It probably is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open but it is possible if u try holding your eyelids open. I tried before but it was really a stupid thing to do now that I think about it.

It's called Globe luxation.
One man, upon getting up in the morning, blew his nose so violently that to his horror his left eye extruded from the orbit. With the assistance of his wife it was immediately replaced and a bandage placed over it. Afterward the eyelid was swollen but apparently there was no permanent damage.
In some other cases, eyes popped out following vomiting or excessive coughing.

It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open because the fast reaction of sneezing makes your eyes close.

No that is just a myth. Shutting you eyes when you sneeze is just a reflex. If you try really hard then you can keep your eyes open.

no, thats just an urban myth. However, it is almost impossible to sneeze with your eyes open since they naturally close due to a reflex

I would assume so since a sneeze can travel at 300 mph.

I sniffed some pepper to make myself sneeze and everytime I did, I couldnt keep my eyes open...so, I guess the answer is no...for me anyway.....good luck

No, they wont. It's impossible to sneeze with ur eyes open, unless you hold ur eyelids.
