Doctor just advised me that I will be having a c-section at 34-35 weeks (which is 3-4 weeks away).
2 weeks ago I had an ultrasound & my baby weighed 3 lbs.
Since time is ticking, I want to know if there is any kinds of food that I can eat to make him grow fast & big ? I want to eat whatever will get him to grow as fast as possible, so he can gain as much weight as possible within these next couple of weeks.
Any suggestions?

Well not really no. It depends what circumstances you are having the c section for. Do you have high blood pressure? Are you having a gestational diabetes? Well in the high blood pressure case, the baby would have had a hard time gaining weight in the first place due to the pressure on his/her umbilical cord. In the last month or two the baby starts gaining about a pound a week so your baby will had prolly gained a pound or two since the ultrasound, and prolly a couple more before the surgery. Your baby may be small (4-6 lbs). But at least it would have gained some weight. Just maintain a healthy diet until the surgery. Congrats!

At this stage in the game, the baby in utero is gaining 1/2 every week which will continue for a couople of months after the birth. All you can do is eat alot of proteins. Its up to the baby and genetics how big it is going to be when it is born. The baby is 3 lbs now and that is fine- almost perfect. If the baby was 6 lbs now- then it might be a problem

I think he'll grow at his own pace regardless of what you eat - you can't "speed up" his growth, but you can just eat healthy to give him the best nutrition possible. Lots of protein, take your prenatals, etc.

Bird nest. I've heard from my friend who adviced me not to take bird nest, as it helps cells to grow very fast. Which is why bird nest is so good for cell renewal, so good for skin etc etc. She read this from the newspaper.
As for your case, no harm. You can give it a go.

This is just my opinion, but I think that no matter what you eat, it won't make your baby grow faster. It will just make you grow faster!
