ok b a little more specific -do u want 2 go there 4 a holiday?or permanently?if ur dad is only there 4 work issues -of course he won't take u.dont xpect him 2 pay attention 2 u over there.but if the whole family is there -say ur lonely and want 2 spend time wid him.do very well in ur studies 2 please ur dad or somethin or just ask 4 a holiday trip.and if nothin works -relax and njoy.after all there's no place like india

someone needs to sponsor you a visa to enter dubai... ask some friends or relatives... worst case scenario, you could always go to a travel agent who would help you with the formalities...
