Limewire is the fastest and biggest way to download mp3 music.
You find the library of downloaded music by pressing libruary at the top of limewire
then at the middle leftside u see "research" press that one and the downloaded libruary will open. As far as concerns filipino music I dont know - I have been searching for that my self - uptill now without any luck - but I am stubborn so sooner or later I will find it

if i were u, i wouldn't get bear-share. that really screws up your computer(viruses). you could use lime-wire if u wanted to, but that's illegal.
but... theres this thing called urge and its through MTV.
simply go to urge.com and click download
when u wanna open it, simply open up windows media player. and it will take u step by step from there.

Limewire. I use to use bearshare but they changed it and it really sucks now. Limewire is still simple and fast to use.
