unfortunalty no the frozen embryo was most likly frozen in a liquid of somes sort or with even the smallest trace of water and when it is frozen the ice crystals will puncture the embryo kill it and thus not being able to be cared for

Not really, they just need to stay stored in LN2 (Liquid nitrogen). They can be frozen forever until thawed for implantation.
