She was probably sick and tired of that starvation diet she was on to loose all that weight. She will soon get fat again and start to look old, so she won't want the paparazzi taking pictures of her anymore.

trust me i think shes dead b/c with all the police and investigations i think they would have found out if she was faking and where would dhe hide even if she was with all those reporters they are soon to find out and when she collapsed in front of allot of people and many news reporters the ambulance came and took her body to the hospital and done many tests so i mean they had her body claimed she was dead how could she still be alive unless someone done plastic surgery to look like her with the same blood type and then sacrafice their life for anna just so she could get all that fame and publicity but i highly doubt that dont think about it too much youll give yourself a migrane and SHE IS REALLY DEAD
