diesels dont use sparkplugs. May not add to the powerout but do some reacsearch on bio diesel and start making your own biomix to put in to your tank.

you need a FOG applet.. Foot Off the Gas...
you wont improve on the MPG... weve all tried and failed... but its diesel... run it on vegetable oil.
NOT DIRTY OIL FROM BIG DANS BURGER VANS... you cannot guarantee teh consistency, or the quality...
i bought such a volvo 760tdi, it's done 5 months on oil AFTER clarkeson showed everyone on top gear... (the mans a buffoon at times)
well, the volvo was sick...and i got it for 300 quid, otherwise it was immaculate with FVSH. it cost me almost 600 quid to get it sorted. cooked in oil is acidic.. it eats teh injector pump... literally.
you have to treat the dirty oil, NOT just filter it to get the lumps out!
but, its been fine for hte last 4 years...
buy straight vegetable oil from the discount supermarket... if its cold, mix it with a couple of gallons of diesel at teh pump... (it runs on either, so itll mix perfectly well) cold oil is like treacle, adding diesel thins it out... the colder it is, the more diesel you add... (its a trial and error thing)
and talking of trials.. you have to tell teh DVLA your running on oil so they can claw back their tax... which is 27p per litre... and they expect you to be honest in saying just how much oil youve used... (be creative) theres no other checks..bar the one by plod and the ministry... if your not registered, its an offence as your defradung the tax man, and customs and excise... so if your on the register, it ok, if not they haul you away...
and theres machines and devices to run veg oil on Ebay..even the chancellor gives a 20% discount on biofuels. (and it avoids the congestion charges i think)
even if you pay your tax etc, it means a gallon of fuel is around 2.50... a 50% saving... and youve just doubled what your hilux does to the fiver!
dirty contaminated and tehn treated oil is 3p tax... so if you clean some oil, and mix it... whose to say... works like red diesel... once mixed it stains everything... once you mix some dirty oil, with clean oil, with diesel... its all dirty oil, isnt it...

increased performance goes with increased fuel consumption. more work = more food. gas flowing and porting will increase performance. have the injectors tested at lucas and reconditioned if necessary (cost will be ofset by improved fuel consumption and stop damage caused to engine by u\s injectors) pump settings ajustable for economic running or extra power. it's your choice.

hmmm....increase in performance that saves fuel...i dont think that exists really....
there are two options...
use a high gloss wax and keep your beast looking shiny. this makes it more aerodynamic and will make it faster, and use less fuel...just a really little bit though.
maybe some iridium spark plugs- they claim to increase performance in all areas- check them out.
