How do I find statistics on inside buying?

Howardro says "Inside buying and upward price movement prior to the earnings announcement can indicate that the company will beat earnings."

Go to Yahoo! financials and enter the stock symbol, then click "Insider Transactions" (may need to scroll down) on the links on the left hand side of the page.
