On the I love Lucy, Lucy and Ricky Ricardo had a child name little Ricky. In real life Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz had two children Lucie Arnaz and Desi Arnaz Jr. Arnaz married Lucille Ball in 1940 and initiated divorce proceedings in 1944, but reconciled before the interlocutory decree became final. They finally divorce in 1960. They are both decease. Whenever I feel blue, I watch I Love Lucy. It's hilarious.

Both are deceased, That's if you are referring to The Lucy Show. And yes they were really married. They have 2 children, Dezi Arnez Jr and Lucy Arnez. Lucy Arnez was in a movie with Neil Diamond (The Jazz Singer) and Little Dezi had his own band back in the 70's.
