What is the name of this cartoon or short animation film?

There is a small girl in it that rides a white creature that looks like a dinosaur (A Brachiosaurus but smaller and with a shorter neck and tail). One scene is where they go into a cave and the dinosaur looking creature gets pulled in by these white bandage looking vines and gets wrapped up inside. The girl escapes.

I saw this film when I was quite young, about 9 years old. That was 15 years ago.
