Is it possible for an IP address?

I get many viruses when I check my quarantine for my anti-virus. Is it possible for someone to send you a virus directly to your IP address? If so, how do you change your IP address if your internet is part of a pack with the phone bill.

It is possible if you have some really mean friends/enemies..

As for the IP, just call your service provider tech support and tell them to change your IP address because so & so, give them a reasonable story ;)
