I was raised in a very Italian community, so I have certain "standards" when it comes to Italian cuisine and pizza (even though I know a lot of folks don't consider pizza Italian).
I originally was a "traditionalist" and liked only thin crust with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms, but then learned to love many other styles, including multi-cheese pizzas, Thai chicken pizza (contact me for the recipe - it's a killer) and other creative kinds.
