No, but he was the first one appointed over congress or something like that. There were a couple guys that were in charge before him, but that was before the decleration and befroe the country was rally a country.

I think thats what they say. I'm really bad at History though. Might like it better if it were called Herstory, or even better Theirstory. It would not be so disciminatory then.
