Maybe because he hasnt CHANGED himself in DECADES. He has always done the vampire gimmick and it gets old. Notice how the TOP guys always change. Shawn, Triple H, Stone Cold, Rock, they all changed their gimmicks to keep themselves fresh and relavent. No bigger example of this than Undertaker. Gangrel didnt IMPROVE himself, Vince isnt wasting time on someone that is comfortable. He wants CHANGE.
