That's the point of being a heel. Everybody is supposed to hate you and love it. wrestling announcers aren't supposed to be fair and balanced, they're there to sell the action the way that the bookers and company want them to

Pro wrestling at its heart is a "fight" between "good and evil".
The announcers help to sell a match not only by calling the action as it happens, but by providing back stories and commenting on the wrestlers themselves. Usually with a 2 man announce team, one sides more with the faces and the other with the heels. USUALLY the lead announcer goes for the faces. ( JR, Cole) while the color man usually leans towards the heels (JBL, King) Only exception is in ECW. Tazz and Joey Styles just call the action.

That is why The King and JBL are there. Ross and Cole love the faces and King and JBL love the heels. It adds for the entertainment value.

Because in order for it to work calling the match you have to have a face(JR, Cole) and a heal(the king, JBL) to keep it entertaining.
