I think you'll find he considers himself to be both and I would agree with that.. remember it is very tricky to tell what a celebrity is like in real life from the personna you see portrayed via the tv and other media.. I think he is good fun and equally like all grown men a young boy still, so consequently, a bit of a twit..

yeah hes a funny guy and I like him, but he can be an arrogant idiot sometimes , but no hes good, and him and the other crew make top gear a very enjoyable program to watch, funny and entertaining and also showing off the good and crap cars lol, but then everyone has there own opionions dont they some like tony blair some dont I think hes a total pillock, but yeah I can see where you coming from some celebs are like that, jonothon ross is another, can be funny, other times an idiot

He's soooo '90s. And the thing that gets me is that every other presenter associated with him, presents in the style of, Jeremy Clarkson. Obviously he knows his thing, but he's predictable and aslo gross to look at.

Technically a twit is a pregnant goldfish, but I agree with you. He is just some old man who pokes fun at anything he can. His jokes aren't even good in my opinion.

I think he is a bit of both, he can be very funny and knowledgeable - but on occasions he just goes too far.
