my roommate worked in the mail room of a company and saved enough rubber bands to make one the size of a bowling ball. It made the floor shake when you bounced it. It was also heavy as hell.
However, all he had was the manila-shaded government-issue rubber bands and I can't say they were very attractive. Multi-color rubber band balls are cool.

Yes I think they're pretty cool, especially if they're different colors. My bf has one he made and it's huge! Like as big as a softball!
