I'm sorry and I'm sorry if anyone makes fun of you for asking. I think surgery is the only permenant answer. Watch your weight. The more overweight you are, the bigger your chest will look. Insurance may cover this surgery if your doctor can convince the insurance company that the condition is more than just a cosmetic procedure. They would just be removing fat so it would not be very painful and they would give you pain-killers if you experience pain. I don't think recovery would be that long. Do you have a family member that would loan you a down-payment on the surgery if insurance won't cover it? There are also plastic surgeons who will accept payments. I do believe that surgery is your only solution. You will feel so much better about yourself and will not have to constantly worry if people are staring at your breasts. Go talk to a surgeon this week. Consultations are free. You are way too young to go through life with this condition. It will affect your life negatively if you don't do this. I had an ugly hook nose and I got plastic surgery and I look and feel so much better. It changed my life. Good luck.

Dieting and exercise do not seem to alleviate this male condition. I'd tell you to have the cosmetic surgery.
