This isn't such a bad question, I don't know why all these people are freaking out. Probably the same people that won't try a new food as an adult and still say "eww, it looks gross!"

A male can have the femal organs and females can be born with male organs. It's proven medically. Sounds like all of these cases have proven that these misplaced organs are inoperable. It is true from what others said, it would take more than a uterus. For implantation it would take an egg and sperm etc. What I don't know is if these can be implanted in the mans misplaced uterus... but the catch of that is the man doesn't have the progesterone to accomodate the pregnancy. If he did for some reason the baby would be taken out be C-Section becuase for any dummy who answered it can't be done becuase he can't squeeze it through a penis, NO S H I T!!!! Ever heard of C-Section? You're not that dumb, are you? I don't think you should be reported.

This question is a bit silly, but...

If, by some miracle (or curse!) a man were to have a functioning uterus, get pregnant and have to give birth, the birth would have to be by c-section.

The reason? Ever had a kidney stone? How much did that hurt to pass? Now think about a baby coming down the same sized passageway!

A vagina will stretch to accomodate a baby, a penis will not!

He can't because the only time a male with grow a uterus is when he has a chromosomal mutation. When that happens, the female reproductive organs are there, but they cant do anything

you see heres the problem, your a Guy you need more than just a uterus, like falopeion tubes ( not sure if i spelt that right) and how do you expect to pass that baby if you have no vagina and that hormones to make you go into labor. Me, iam a woman and iam 38 weeks pregnant and that is our gift of being a woman is to have children. And men will never take that away from us!!!! And besides if you would see how much pain we go through and see a birth, what man i there right mind would wanna go through something like that

It's just not possible. The baby would have nowhere to exit. Among various other difficulties. A woman's body is designed to birth and nurture a baby. A man's body is not.

It is a medical impossiblity for a male to have a working uterus. At the very least he would have to be a hermaphrodite.

it's impossible for a guy to 'grow' a uterus inside of him and have a child.... and if it is possible, poor kid..
