What should i eat for dinner to make me sleep better? and what can i do to curve my apatite??

I suggest that your last meal of the day is eaten three hours before you are planning on going to sleep. Have a cup of chamomile tea or warm milk to help you sleep.

To curb your appetite drink milk. Milk will fill your belly and you won't be missing any nutrients. Drink a big glass of milk at the beginning of each meal, then you won't have to eat too much more to feel full.

Avoid sweets and caffiene at night. Curb your appetite with low calorie snacks....carrot sticks or celery sticks.

ive heard turkey makes people sleepy and it's non fattening. so you kill two birds with one stone. try eating some lean turkey.
