And No school is not that hard for me, I am asking for OPINIONS, is it so hard for people like you to look over questions that are no interest to you?

right to a lawyer because a lawyer can make such a difference in the case

I agree with the above, without the lawyer, the accused would have a difficult time enforcing the right against self-incrimination, the right to a speedy trial, the right to face the accuser, and the right against excessive bail.

The fourth amendment before they are arrested (search and seizure) the fifth amendment when they've been arrested (self incrimination) the sixth amendment during and after trial (speedy trial and right to jury and counsel)
