We went out for a month (no sex) and he said he only wants to be friends so I was dumped. But we still hang out a lot, more than weekly. He IM and texts me often to ask me how i've been or telll private jokes.
FRiends tell me it is a good thing we are still great friends that hang out and talk. But now I wonder if he is just using me as a fall back whenever he needs compnay and the few friends he have are away. He's an orphan. I enjoy his company. I have many friends but he knows I hate them and always want to get away from them.
I never look for him only he does.
Am I thinking too much that he is using me as a fallback company for hanging out? Is he playing me?
I am not romantically interested in him anymore. I care for him as a friend but I don't want to be used!

If he truly is an orphan, then you must understand he is taking lots of precautions before anyone else hurts or abandons him babe. Romance and friendships overlap each other, but someone will always relate it back to their family lives, since that is where it all began. Keep in touch, good luck ~N
