Absolutely not.
They are two entirely different slots (physically).

It would be like trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

Sorry. The AGP card won't physically fit the PCI slot. They are physically and logically seperate busses inside your computer. AGP is Accellerated Graphics Port - meant only for video. PCI is Peripheral Component Interconnect - meant to be a "all-in-one" solution for hooking stuff up.
