1. (10b^8) / (2b^6)

Deal with the numbers and variables separately.
First, note that we have 10 on the top and 2 on the bottom;
10/2 reduces to 5/1.

(5b^8) / (b^6)

When dealing with bases with exponents and dividing, dividing two numbers with the same base and different exponents mean we subtract them. We have 8 on the top and 6 on the bottom, so we subtract.

5b^(8 - 6)

5b^2

3) 3^0

Anything to the power of 0 (except for 0) is equal to 1.

Problem 1 : 10B^8 / 2 B6^ =

As I remember it , in dividing numbers with exponent,

normally divide the whole numbers, retain the same variable and deduct the second exponent from the first exponent.

Thus , 10 / 2 = 5
retain the same variable which is B
5B
and deduct the second exponent from the first exponent , 8-6 = 4,

Therefore the answer is 5B^4

Problem 2: I cannot understand the equation, please clarify.

Problem 3 : There is a rule in exponent that is.. ANY NUMBER, except zero, raised to the ZERO power is equal to ONE. So...
3^0 = 1

1) 10B^8/2B^6 = 5 B^2
(you divide the numbers 10/2=5
and after the powers B^8/B^6 =B^2)

Number 2's answer is Z^7.
W^8 /W^8 cancels out to 1. Z^15 / Z^8 = Z^15-8 or Z^7.

Honestly, you might try putting more time into forming your questions. The above smacks of haste, and I personally am not interested in spending more time to draft a clear answer than you invested in the question...
