Where there is a high staff turnover, you will generally get the occassional individual who enjoys the workplace. Identify that individual determine what motivates them. You can then gte more individuals of the same calibre. As they are all motivated then training will be a worthwhile investment and should repay you sooner.

The first step is to find out why there is a high staff turnover, as this could be the reason for poor motivation and excessive training costs !!

You reduce training costs by shipping your employees off to boot camp, and motivate your staff by hiring a gourmet chef to cook chocolates and fattening sweets all day long in the kitchen you have to build, and then build an exercise room. They will be in the office more than ever, and I'm sure they'll be in a good mood! (Chocolate=love and happiness, and exercise releases endorphins which make ya feel good =])
