Definitely a lot great metal songs have been recorded over the years, but there's great songs from almost every category of music. Musical taste is a very subjective matter. However, one shouldn't limit oneself to listening just to one particular type of music.
Keep on enjoying the heavy metal, but don't just limit yourself to heavy metal alone. There's more great music out there for you to discover.

Wouldn't say the best but it's damn good. Every genre of music has the potential for a great song, so it's unfair to say any one genre is the best. Led Zeppelin aren't Metal, but how good are most Zepp songs? Amazing.

This is your opinion! I am a musician, so I prefer to enjoy the better musicianship of Prog Rock!!! To me this and Jazz is the best music ever!

Yeah, one of the.best... but i prefer punk, those things. Its not that they r softer but i think sometimes metal make pple have headache, and...thats why i prefer the other one, but Metal is stilll cooool
