It's a hard question to answer. bcos they r in different league and different position.
To me both r good. But if i were really to choose, I will go for C ronaldo.
Both are attacking player. The reason that he being chosen by me is that C ronaldo is considered quite complete player in term of attack's view. He can dribbel, pass (now more matured on field), scoring goals with every method (heading, long shot, individual skilled finishing, free kick, penalty... and more often assist. He is an intelligent player on field, though kaka too.

definately kaka and this is quite simple, ronaldo is a good player too and most people also think so, but i jst dont llike his football because, what he does is take the ball, run fast with it and get lucky, but sometimes he doesnt get lucky and the take the ball away from him, while kaka on the other hand, he does the easy think, trap the ball and pass it, if he has to get through a player but dribbling, he does it calmly and then pass the ball.
