He must stay inspite of the debacle. He is determined, just and fair. But I am sure that he will step aside by himself to let somebody else like say Yuvraj ? Ganguly is not intrested in captaincy. Not much options for a sucessor

Well People Tell me, Did Dravid ever thought of his own, He is not determined to handle a team on whom billion hopes rest. After World Cup 07, losses came to billion emotions, billions rupees, advertisers. Dravid cannot become a model captain ever in his life. each person is talented in his own. no, dravid should not continue as a captain but he should play as a player. ganguly should be given a chance once again as a captain .
