A blower if I understand you right is a common name for a supercharger which is a device that compresses air for an internal combustion engine. Not an electric motor.

actually if I understand this right you want to lift something heavier then the motor you have to lift it....if that is the case I think you should look into a pullly system with enough pullies you can easily lift heavy items with very little force.
