I am sorry for not being qualified for answering this since i am actually against the whole Playboy magazine, tv show, and internet site but I think other people like it either cuz they are drunk or just dont have respect for other people and they think of women as objects. Those kind of people are just sad and messed up.

I would go for the same reason I would go to a bar. Get some booze into me and have some eye candy floating around and have more booze. Unfortunately just like every time I go to the bar, I would also come back empty handed!
