First thing you need to do is obtain an agent. You should do this by looking around in your town. After you find that, do a background check on the company by searching the BBB. If things are cool, call the agency and tell them what you are wanting to do. You don't want to join a school unless it is very very necessary because schools are EXTREMELY expensive. But all in all here is what you need: An agent, a portfolio of photos made of you by PROFESSIONAL FASHION photographers (K-mart, JC Penny's and Glamour Shot pictures WILL NOT DO!) a good positive I am ALL THAT attitude and personality and you will be set! The best place, I think, would be some of the big, nice clothing stores that have models show off their clothes. Fix yourself up and go the the employment department and let them know what you'd like to do. Don't over dress or wear too much makeup. Make yourself look as attractive and elegant as you can.

You need to find a modelling agency and from there, you will need to apply to the agency. they will decide if they want you and then you may have a modelling shoot.
i think its like this from what i heard from my friend, but i know you definitely need to find a modelling agency!

right then, first you gotta not eat, the thinner the better, no hips or breasts, you gotta have the body of a 12 year old boy, real skinny though it helps if youre anorexic or bullemic, why anyone with any brains would want to be a model is beyond me! they are just thin little airhead coat hangers!

Go to as many auditions as you can. I can't really name any but make sure you do research, some are fakes and only want your money! Good luck!
