The hinges on the screen of the laptop became very loose and the screen wont sit up straight. I was going to connect the laptop to a Monitor. Is there any way i can remove the screen off the laptop. If there is how can i do it?

Just tighten the screen if it has screws or take it to a pc repair shop and ask them to fix it.

If it's under warranty, take it in for repair. If not, look for a VGA connector on the back of the laptop. Connect your CRT and look in the laptop manual for a hotkey to switch to the monitor.

Do NOT try to remove the LCD!!!

You didn't say what kind of laptop you have but none the less I would not be tinkering with it if you don't know anything about them. Definately take it to a PC repair shop.
