Aren't we all still learning about this whole case? We don't know....so why are we so ready to accuse him to drug use, where did the public get their info...and why would anybody think that it is correct?
Can anybody explain here? What is really going on? Aren't we all a bit too hasty?
Aren't people innocent until proven guilty? Wouldn't you wish to be "innocent until PROVEN " whatever...if you were up against the same scenarios? Think about this!!!
How does one know if he "supplied" drugs or not?
Where is the public getting their info or "misinfo'"?

I think you have the saying backwards. In America, it is clearly guilty until proven innocent. I say this because let's say there is a murder and the police arrest a suspect. The suspect is held in jail until the end of the trial when proven innoncent/guilty. If found innoncent, it's like oops, were sorry we detained you for the last 8 months, your innoncent and are now free to go, we don't care we ruined your reputation, career, family, life, etc...And as far as Howie goes, there are several ppl who saw him carry in the duffel bags of drugs. He was the only person who was around both Anna and Daniel at the time of their deaths. And besides, she had a big abcess on her buttocks from the use of a dirty hypodermic needle. If you are using syringes to give yourself medicine, you do NOT use a dirty needle/syringe and 2) pts do not normally give themselves shots in their butts. You cant see where you have cleansed with alcohol and be able to hit that spot, and most ppl give themselves shots in the thighs or stomach. It's hard to give yourself a shot in the arm, butt. If it looks like a duck, quack likes a duck.....Besides, he if really loved that baby, he would have consented to the DNA test right after the death of Anna just to get the media circus over with so he and *his baby* could get on with their lives. We know he supplied the drugs because some were in his name and he was the one picking all these drugs up at the pharmacies, pharmacies are required to have the signature of person picking up the Rx on file. It's the law.

Money, alot of it makes people so some sorry things. People kill for alot less than that. This world is guilty until proven innocent. When a young, wealthy person dies, their son just died, everyone around them is suspect. He had to know something.
