Being ugly in natural light?

When I go outside into the natural light i look really ugly? why? hel please? x

When you put your makeup on, do it in natural light...open your window, or even do it outside. Natural light makes your skin look best, so make sure you use natural light when applying makeup.

im sure you dont look ugly, but I know how you feel and reading the answers it seems alot of people do, so its kinda a relief to see that im not the only one. Its bad though when you leave the house thinking you look great, and then you go in a shop or toilets and just feel yuk! Sometimes I even try avoid looking in the mirrors in these places. But alot of people feel like this, so your not alone, and i am sure your very pretty.

Don't say that - it's just that the natural lights shows everything up much more. Inside, I look like I don't have wrinkles - get me out into the cold light of day and they all show up!. You are not ugly - get out and enjoy yourself!..

You probably dont look ugly but most peoples skin looks terrible in natural light because it highlights your bad areas

Ugly is a state of mind. You are only ugly if you feel it within yourself. If you start believing in yourself as not being ugly then it shows too.

I admit personally I am no oil painting but I would never call myself ugly

I am glad to see there are others who also see themselves as ugly. I have been told hundreds of time i am attractive but when i see myself on photo's i look absolutely awful. Why, i do not know. But i do not let it get me down. Live your life to the full and do not let a few lines, wrinkles etc spoil your life, you may feel others think you are ugly but people hardly take notice of it. Take care and love yourself.:)))

Im a photographer, and being one, you have to know what light does to people.
when you're inside, you're lit by incandescent (orange) lights, that excentuate the naturally orange tones of your skin. so it acts in the same way a lyer of foundation would.
light outside is white. on a cloudy day, it looks soft and makes people's skin look soft and smooth, but washed out.
sunlight is harsh and contrasty- so it will excentuate all the lumps bumps and wrinkles on your face- sorry! but it does it to eveyone.
one of the best ways to make you're skin look nicer in photos is to take a picture insdie, with the white balance set accordingly. that way youll get the effect of orange light on your skin, plus it will have the smoothing benefits.

Ugly people are those who have bad manners and lack grace, vile, rude and selfish. If you think your ugly, then its not really going to matter, what light you stand in. Appreciate what you do have and stop calling yourself ugly. You will make yourself unhappy.

natural light is harsh on everyone.
it casts shadows.. magnifies lines etc...etc...
all fashion photographers know this and usually will only take pix in very early morning or closer to sunset.
wear natural looking make -up and a gorgeous pair of sunglasses....
