I went there in 2005 .I GOT 3 CAPS TWO FILLINGS TWO TEETH GROUND DOWN AND A MAJOR CLEAN UP FOR ABOUT 400 AUSD THATS ABOUT 300 YANKEE. IT WAS IN CEBU ON THE MAIN STREET I THINK IT MIGHT BE CALLED OSMINA BOULEVARD. IT WAS OPPOSITE JOLLYBEES JUST DOWN FROM THE BRIDGE AND ROUNDABOUT. THE DENTIST IS A WOMAN AND PRETTY AND SHE TAKES THE GREATEST CARE TO DO A GOOD JOB.

go into the provinces like cebu or legaspi as they are cheaper
there is an airline called cebu pacific thats cheaper than the others
