1 - They give thrifty people a chance to buy something for 10% of it's original price.
2 - They allow low income people to buy things that they could not otherwise afford.
3 - They keep the landfills from filling up with stuff that people would have thrown away even though it would still be useful to someone else.
4 - It makes people feel good when they donate their used items to someone who can still use them.
5 - It creates jobs.

It would help poor people afford to buy clothing, household goods, toys, books, etc. Those able to donate would be able to recycle the belongings they no longer needed or wanted.
There are also people who, although they're not poor, prefer to buy second hand for ecological reasons. By having a second hand store, you would be contributing to saving the planet.

they sell cheap clothes and it helps people that dopnt have much money to buy 5 or 6 pairs of pants for the price of one at walmart. They are cheap.

Well, they are place for peeps that have...well...not too much money can go and get good items! Also, you don't need trucks shipping things and everything so you can have cleaner air!
