Your question is far too broad. The answer would depend on what type of person you are interviewing and the purpose of the interview. For instance ... pick a business person: If you're doing a business story ... You might ask the businessman/woman where they think their company will be in five years? What changes are being made? How is this economy affecting them? But if you were interviewing the same person for a profile, you'd ask them what got them started in this particular business. What in their background led them to where they are today? How has success changed him/her.
