None of the religious scriptures mentions anything about belly-buttons.
However, from medical point of view the answer is no, since belly-button is formed from what is left from the ombelical cord after delivery of baby.
To find that out we must understand the nature and the manner of their creation. According to all religious scriptures Adam was created from soil and thus should have no belly-button, unless he was somehow incubated in a cocoon or something alike and thus could be linked to the cocoon membrane by ombelical cord. Eve was created from Adam's rib. Again nothing is known about her incubation; whether Adam was pregnant with her or was she simply separated or was there another way.
Bearing in mind that religious scriptures describe Adam as a man we should rule out the possibility that he was a hermaphrodyte and thus Adam was not pregnant. The exact state and living conditions of the Paradise, the environment they were born in, being unknown, we cannot be sure about Adam's and Eve's incubation - the period from beginning of their creation until they finally existed as independent creations.
What is known from religious scriptures is the mere fact that they were created but there is no mention of how long did the creation take. From the text in Bible and Qur'an we can conclude that their creation was rather sudden, although different explanations are acceptable.
Thus I conclude that Adam and Eve most probably had no belly-buttons.

Well no matter if it is fact or fiction, the answer is no.
Adam and Eve were not born of any human mother's womb. The belly-button is the result of the placenta that feeds and nourishes the fetus within the womb.
Since Adam was made from mud and Eve from Adam's disected rib, they would have no belly-buttons at all.
Thus proving that Adam and Eve are not logical, historical fact. Last time I checked, Jews had belly-buttons too.

Probably not. You get your belly-button when umbilical cord falls off. Adam and Eve weren't born, they were created.

I'm guessing no.
My sister had some major scar tissue removed on her abdomen, and now she does not have a belly button. I told her I would miss mine horribly, but she gets a kick out of the looks she gets when she wears a bikini.

Yes, of course. God put his finger in the middle of their stomach. Some people don't believe that God exist. But look at the creation, the universe, has to be somebody greater that us that created all that for us and that was God.

Of course not. Adam and Eve are figments of imagination, along with the rest of the fairy tale known as religion.

Thats a great question and I understand why you are asking that.. If they did it would seem that they would have to have been born.
